On Wednesday April 25, 2007, the State Elections Board had planned to consider the complaint filed by Voter Action Wisconsin requesting the Board revoke its approval of certain touch screen DRE voting systems used in Wisconsin. On Wednesday April 18, Voter Action Wisconsin formally withdrew their complaint. The Board will meet despite the withdrawal to discuss staff recommendations and to determine how to handle the withdrawal.
The meeting will be held Wednesday April 25, 2007 in the Common Council Chambers at the Brookfield City Hall, 2000 North Calhoun Road in Brookfield beginning at 9:30 am (Previously the meeting was scheduled at the Capitol Building in Madison however the room was needed for the Legislature).
