To view all the reports that have been submitted electronically, go to Reports Filed Electronically.
Any questions on the templates, Electronic Filing Spreadsheet, or the new system please contact our office. Committees using the new CFIS data templates will note there are now two files to improve the ability to download and send these files. Note that a complete finance report (EB-2) will require both the CFIS Contributions and CFIS Expenditures spreadsheets to be emailed to gabcfis@wi.gov.
CFIS Upload Templates:
Please go to http://cfis.wi.gov and login and download the current templates from the 'UPLOAD TRANSACTIONS' tab.
Vendors if you need access to current templates go to http://cfisuat.wi.gov and register a test committee for the committee types you need. Once the committee is activated, you will get a login and password to access the database.
Reference Tables:
Expense Codes and Occupation Codes may also be downloaded from the new CFIS website on the same page as the templates for receipts and disbursements.
