Ballot Order List for the November Election

Ballot Order Listing of Candidates for the Fall 2006 Primary Election.

All Candidates Registered lists candidates' names and addresses by office and includes dates of filing ballot access documents. Ballot Status Codes are as follows: Y=Sufficient for Ballot Status; D=Denied ballot status by Elections Board action. (Note date of report in upper left corner)

Nomination Papers Filed lists candidates’ names and addresses by nomination paper receipt number. This list includes office sought, date the nomination papers were filed, and number of signatures the Elections Board staff found sufficient. (Note: nomination papers are subject to challenge. The deadline for filing a challenge to nomination papers is 5:00pm, Friday, July 14, 2006. Candidates with insufficient nomination papers may submit correcting affidavits no later than 5:00pm, Friday, July 14, 2006.)

Supplemental Nomination Papers Filed lists only those candidates who have filed supplemental nomination papers. Candidates who have filed supplemental nomination papers will have those signatures reviewed only if signatures are challenged. This list includes candidates’ names and addresses by nomination paper receipt number, party affiliation, office sought, date the nomination papers were filed, and number of signatures the Elections Board staff found sufficient in the original filing. Candidates on this list have filed additional signatures in addition to the number shown on this list. The signatures will be verified if the candidate's papers are challenged.  (Note date of report in upper left corner)

Notification of Non-Candidacy Filed lists those incumbents who have filed an EB-163 stating that they are not running for re-election. (Note date of report listed at the top of the report) Deadline: June 30, 2006 5:00 p.m. - must be physically in the filing officer's possession - not postmarked.
