Draft 2010 SVRS Election Checklists
Some clerks have requested the SVRS Election Checklists for the 2010 elections be made available earlier than the normal agency distribution schedule.
The G.A.B. staff has prepared the DRAFT versions of the requested SVRS Election Checklists and are now posted on the agency website.
PLEASE NOTE: The checklists are in DRAFT form, and will likely change as we approach the 2010 elections. The SVRS Training Manual was recently updated, and as a result, new page references will need to be added. Changes in agency practices and procedures could also affect the content of the checklists. The dates provided are only an approximation of when a specific task should be completed and are subject to change.
Final versions of the SVRS Election Checklists for the 2010 elections will be distributed per the normal agency distribution schedule.
Checklist 1: 4-5 weeks prior to Election Day (Start of SVRS Election Setup)
Checklist 2: 20 days prior to Election Day (Close of Normal Registration)
Checklist 3: 1-2 days after Election Day (Post-Election Activities)
